Are there any other snobby boozers besides the Fino Lounge and the Ploughman in that part of Cardiff? I can't think of any others in Birchgrove, Rhiwbina, Whitchurch or Llandaf North.
From memory the busiest place on Whitchurch high street is a Hungry Horse pub. If you include Llandaf North there's a dozen plus working class pubs in a 15 min walk compared to your 2 champagne socialist gathering grounds.
He's Attempting to defend working class culture in one reply, then in his 100,000 other posts, puts the boot into the working classes for standing up for themselves in order to receive better pay and conditions. He hates workers defending themselves and their communities, but defends their right to have a local pub to drink in.
