I park up at 8am for 3pm ko and 4pm for evening ko and then catch a 95 bus into town for a mooch around. I have a parking permit to display mind. So if you have a parking ticket, just display it on the dash board. There are parking attendants on duty at the above times, don't know where the 2 hrs has come from.
