My son saved my life wit 12 mins cpr

You may have noticed my absence from this board. for a while.

That is because on August 14th my heart stopped.

My son saved mem with CPR and I spent the next 6 weeks in a coma.
'
Still in critical care but moving to Cardiology next week where they will hopefully install a pacemaker.

Tomorrow is "Restart a Heart Day". If you don't know how to perform CPR get yourself down to Tesco, Asda etc tomorrow to learn.

The players will wear Restart a Heart t-shirts during their warm-up to raise awareness of the campaign. When someone has stopped breathing, knowing what to do (and not panicking or being squeamish) is vital. Had to bring my dad round once. His BP was 40ish over 20ish when paramedics took it. He's still going 3 years later. Glad to hear your son knew what to do, Elwood. Take it easy and savour each day.
