I actually thought as someone who has done a lot of defending that’s Simpson did well to get across him and was quite entitled to put his arm out. It’s exactly what players do as a norm ( Armstrong also had his arms out to hold Kipre back). The ball was dribbling through to the keeper as Armstrong’s last touch was heavy.
