Assuming that they had the money to purchase the shares and repay the debts owing to VT what else would you expect of them?
Including the above how much money do you think they would need to cover their first twelve months of ownership?
1st priority should be to do everything they can to make blue lewj like them it'll save alot of bandwidth
Transparency, Professionalism, Strategic Planning and Integrity. Oh and a couple of bob.

An ethos, culture through the club from owner to squad player.
Running the club more sensibly so that we're not losing stupid money through mismanagement.
I would add that I wouldn't be too bothered if this happened under Tan. I just can't see him changing how he has been all along sadly.
A knowledge of football would be a start.
Some clarity on what the club is actually trying to do.

An effective board which is not a dictatorship and where all members contribute
Trusted football expertise at board level not only to keep an eye on things on the pitch but to ensure propriety in dealings with agents and in the transfer market also guaranteeing any transfer is in the best interest of the club and not anyone else.
An over arching strategy for the club
Embracing the principles of the Fan Led Review of Football which the club will have to do when it becomes law but implement them and not pay lip service to them. This should improve communication and transparency

Knowledge of the game.
Respect for the community.
Ambition.
A plan.
The Tan Apologist Mafia.
Like a pack of Hyenas and not much smarter.
No potential owner would pay the £200m spent by Tann especially when the side is languishing in the Championship and has no saleable assets to speak of. I believe Nottingham Forest was sold for around £50m and Hull City for £20m less so to think that any new ownership is on the horizon is pure wishful thinking. To even think about new ownership is plain daft.
