    There's only 10 teams in CONMEBOL though so 60% will qualify. They also get a playoff spot so you could have 7 countries from South America out of the 10, I'd say that's fair representation

    I understand. Hence what I said about James and probably "a few others".

    I'm pretty sure there are some who would opt to play for England though if the chance befell them.

    Maybe I'm being cynical though.
