I wanna be on my way home at 5.15pm, not just going out !

Playing QPR with new manager bad enough, but having Stroud reffing takes the cake.
    Guaranteed QPR win.

We've only managed 2 wins on boxing day this millennium as well, be surprised if anyone in the football league has a worse record than that.

I knew our Boxing Day record wasn't good, but I didn't realise it was that shocking!

Not having it, you’re as fit as a fiddle, a brisk 9 or 10 pm stroll to Llanishen is not beyond you

I’ll be driving back to the Whitchurch Road area after the game should anyone need a lift.

I'm away visiting family so will be watching on the iPad with a few beers. Not being at the CCS on Boxing Day evening seems like a nice present in itself such is my apathy towards attending matches presently.

Why can you be bothered to write on this message board if you aren’t motivated to attend games? Surely you can’t be interested in the City at this particular time?

I think we can all accept there's a world of difference between dragging yourself down to the City on Boxing Day, in the cold & dark, and without public transport - to taking a minute or two to post on a message board?

Seems like an eternity waiting to see if we are going to start kicking some arse and moving up the table

It's like being on death row

Our overall record on Boxing day reads 27 wins, 27 draws, 26 defeats. Since 2000, it reads 2 wins, 10 draws, 9 defeats. In the 80s/90s we won 9, drew 7 and lost 1. Bonus point for anyone who remembers our only Boxing defeat during those 2 decades.

QPR are on a pretty dismal run themselves. Their form over the last 10 games has seen them pick up only 2 points more than us over the same period, they've scored as few as us (8) and have only conceded 1 goal fewer than us.
