Ultimately it’ll be similar to Mark Hudson’s talk with Sean Morison.

Mike will need to sit Sludge down, thank him for his services but then give him the message that he’s gone past his sell by date and he’s free to go elsewhere.

Sludge will end up on Mr. Panorama’s board and gives heartfelt, tearful interview of how he’s missing the support of JR Hartley, Organ Morgan and Eric.

Nkounkou joins Saint-Etienne on loan
Everton defender Niels Nkounkou has been recalled from his loan at Cardiff City and has joined French side Saint-Etienne for the remainder of the season.

The French left-back had been on loan at Cardiff for the first half of this season, after spending the previous campaign with Standard Liege in Belgium, but has agreed a break from the Bluebirds deal and has joined the Ligue 2 outfit.
