“no need to press the panic button” - I’d say we’ve done that twice already this season.

He's a shithouse as well, self interested, never leaves a club in a healthy position.

Can’t stand Bamba after the nonsense he spouted after leaving.

He would have made a great double glazing salesman or estate agent as he's a serial bullshitter.

    This article is from 2007.

Warnock: This is my last job - https://www.skysports.com/football/n...is-my-last-job

"This is my last job - there won't be another job for me."

Warnock told Sky Sports News. "I feel I have got something to offer Simon [Jordan] and this job."

Following his stint there he accepted another seven managerial appointments.

People talk about Warnock's dealings with football agents as if they are exclusive to him.

There are dodgy agents right through football. If you want business done then sadly you have to work with them.

Shows what a state we are in when a 74 year old ex manager is in the frame to take over.

but when its his son that is the agent, its all a little too much for some ( inc me )

Sadly it's all too predictable given he is the only manager picked by Vincent who has been any good under this regime.

Given the choice of Warnock or another manager that the clueless collective might come up with I'd take Warnock definitely. Think he would have us playing well enough to get out of it. After that? Who knows.

    Malky was quite successful.

What can you do if the football authorities don't see it as dodgy?

Let's be honest here, there are no morales in football.
Clubs have signed murderers, rapists and the like after their crimes.
A few sides would gladly have the Yorkshire Ripper up top if it guaranteed them 20 goals a season.

Vincent was only part of him coming on board though wasn't he.

The managerial picks since then suggest to me he wasn't a very big part.

Yes I am sure you sometimes have to but Neil Warnock has been investigated by the football authorities for doing deals with an agency employing his son (at C Palace, Sheff Utd and Cardiff) , previously dealt with Willie McKay when he was at QPR and McKay was the agent involved in signing Joey Barton from Newcastle (a deal also queried by the authorities), and also signed Sol Bamba when he was a client of McKay`s son then played his two other sons after giving them professional contracts.

So I would suggest that you don`t have to work with agents in this way to such an extent. At we point we had 9 players in our squad whose agent employed NW`s son. I think the next highest club had 3 or 4 so an unusually high proportion? The 9 included 2 players who NW persuaded to switch agents to that employing son James.

"After that? Who knows." could be the club ****ing motto.

I'm just being honest in not knowing what they will do.

Sad part is I doubt they know either.

    It is this season, yes.

So we then get a strained relationship with Neil and he goes.

Without a big rethink by the club we will end up back at this point again. Warnock is 74. We can't keep going back to him when we balls things up time and again.

No, it's not the main thing. It's the only thing.

Him creating a squad that we can’t come back from and go down next season wouldn’t be ideal, either
