Sachets of sauce, salad cream, milk, especially those little green & white sachets of milk with the dotted line & arrow at the top and the little tubs of milk that you tear the top cover off. I never fail to get some over my clothes, that’s if I can open them at all.

I’m no lover of mayonnaise but had some jerk chicken in St Maarten a few days ago. Sensibly the sauce was in a separate little dish, it was f*cking fierce. My missus suggested mixing mayonnaise with it, it worked a treat. Toned it down completely, was absolutely gorgeous.

Exactly. Very tasty. The only time I use ketchup. My wife puts ketchup on scrambled eggs. I don't really understand it, maybe it reminds her of her childhood, but whatever. As my daughter's teachers tell her: "don't yuck on someone's yum". Words to live by.

Equal measures of mayo and ketchup add sriracha to your taste. I often make it with it Vietnamese hot sauce which I find more flavorful.

There are all kinds of recipes. Some call for olive oil and garlic. I don't see the point of that. But each to their own.

Srichacha is hot, but it's not vinegary like tabasco (which I'm quite fond of) it has a lot of garlicky flavor. And when you mix it with the ketchup and mayo the heat is tempered.

As long as they eat it all and don't leave any. Really bugs me if you are at a do and people go to the buffet, fill the plate up to overflowing, get back to the table nibble a bit and push the full plate to one side. 😩

Sriracha is 2500 at it's hottest

i have a hot sauce from Lidl that is said to be 7,2million scoville...so man up wimps
