what the report apparently says is that of the possible origin scenarios the lab leak was now considered to be the most likely, but there is still low confidence of that, so it could be there are like 4 scenarios with a 19% chance of being right and the lab leak they think has a 24% chance of being correct.

The virus acts and behaves in a way that had never been seen before. It wasnt the standard H1N1 plus slight variation. It behaved very very differently, according to various programs Something we have never seen before... so - yes it was probably was from a lab. China will never admit it, it will be impossible to conclusively prove and we cant exactly take them to court over it
