Why can't more teams do what Brentford and Brighton do?

I think it starts with having an owner with exceptional football and intellectual intelligence who has the wisdom to remain within their role and recruit the best in class.

If your owner has none of these qualities then you can end up with a club on the verge of League 1 despite burning through £200m+ of their personal wealth…
