Well it may give Wales a higher profile and more tourism. You never know they may be in the PL in 5 years.

    May or may not.

Prem in 5 years, ridiculous.. League One is stacked, the Championship is pretty damn difficult, they've a limit to their local fanbase given the proximity of massive Prem clubs.

    Re: Wrexham

...and do they sit back and hold on...do they hell...they keep going forward...….lessons City...

..and btw it is a record number of points for ANY league in a season....

What he said. They are National League defenders though!

    Re: Wrexham

I don't hold any weird tribal grudge against Wrexham. At least you can say that Swansea and Newport are closer, but Wrexham are the opposite end of the country.

Good for them, glad to see them back in the league.

Amazing, congratulations. Owners that get it.

    Re: Wrexham

Terrific game.....and Phil Parkinson's 4th promotion as manager.....must be doing something right.

I hope now that Notts County go on and gain their promotion - they also deserve it.

Not often I pay for a stream but well worth the £9.50!!!

This. If they win their last game it will be the two highest points totals ever. I hope they don’t fold and I can’t see it happening.

Congratulations to Wrexham, it’s a great story, but, as Salford have found, FFP regulations are a much more effective leveller in the lower divisions than they are in the higher ones.

Hopefully with their income stream from the likes of Tik Tok, Expedia, Aviation Gin, 24,000+ shirt sales, income from the TV documentary they’ll be safe from any FFP issues.

That may be true, but it also may be that Salford have appointed the wrong managers and bought the wrong players.

    Re: Wrexham

    Great for them.

In the mid 90s I'm sure we can all remember they were the top club team in Wales. We did overtake them and they'd give anything for what we have had. Since they left the football league we've never been as low as we are now, been in premier league twice, Wembley 4 times including fa Cup final and league Cup final.

There's a lot of negativity around cardiff but always worth remembering other teams would say we've had it bloody good and have nothing to cry about.

Nothing to cry about maybe, but plenty to sigh about.
