They bought it up with every intention of building all over it, and now all of a sudden, they're the guardians of our ecology and culture....

I walked all the way round yesterday, from Rhydypenau Park, past the reservoirs, through the fields next to all the new boxes being built, resisted the temptation of a beer in the Black Griffin and returned via Lisvane and Coed y Felin.

Once Dwr Cymru bought it the planning permission for houses had been defeated already.

Exactly just fix the leaks and put the water rates down, rather than fannying around with grass-cutting programs and a nice office hub to sit in wasting time looking at the ducks.
