I’m sure you can search twitter yourself, that’s where I read it , and he’s also bought out his contract but all this info is on Twitter so his value may or may not be true.

You stated he was valued at €5.5 million with such confidence I thought it must have some credence, although in fairness you were stating Hammam had sold City for £24 million a few nights back, so perhaps I should have known better.

I said he probably got close to it , and he also made a pretty penny out of the club and took a wage. I think if I remember rightly the club also paid a bit of money to send a representative to Switzerland to watch an Australian player who was never ever going to sign for us.

For what it’s worth , I got fish and chips out of him once at an away trip , I suppose it beats the odd ice cream.
