Next season we will be one of only 19 teams to have competed only in the top two tiers since promotion in 2003. Reading will become one of 20 teams that will have played in both League 1 and the Premier League since 2003. 6 sides have also played in League 2 and the Premier League in the same time.

Only 9 teams that have played in the Championship since 2003 have not made the Premier League.

There are 23 sides that have played in League 1 but never made the Championship. All bar 3 of those have played non-league football at some point since 2003.
