Losing games when we play three games in a week and late goals conceded

We seem to be less fit than our opponents, or maybe it's our strength in depth?

I could be wrong, I'm sure one of our stat men can confirm or correct, but we seem to struggle with three games in a week, and concede late goals especially when we are winning.

Maybe this season it was a confidence thing aswell being near the bottom for most of the season?

we hired a fitness coach who hadn't worked in football before at the start of the season, from a rugby background and we sacked said fitness coach around Christmas iirc.
since then we've had someone who has worked in football, at Swansea and other clubs I think.

My mate who follows Bath rugby said I don't know why you have given our fitness coach a job , we are completely crap
