I wasn't overly convinced by Lamouchi but felt for consistency it would have been nice to have kept him on.

We will now likely stumble on into the summer and then appoint some rookie or out of work McCarthy type.

A new manager used to be something exciting, fresh ideas, optimism.

I would rather Hudson back then Bamba, in fact I’d rather Purse than Bamba.

I think Bamba would be a great coach alongside a decent manager

Has there ever been a more boring hunt for a new manager? Maybe the lack of anything worth discussing is a sign that City are going to stun us all when the announcement eventually comes.

Highly unlikely though.

I remember when appointing a new manager was a bit of a novelty and hence quite exciting.

Now I almost dread the next appointment.
