Isnt that what Labour attempt to do via trades unions ? 35% pay rises for junior Dr's , 18% for nurses, the promise of various things for all of us by Drakeford and yet here in Wales after 26 years of Labour in power ( in charge of Health, Welfare and Education) - have you noticed any difference in those areas ? - as I havent.

You live in Wales I presume - a country that is responsible 100% for the running of Health , Welfare and Education. And we have had 26 years of Labour in power. How is Health, Wealth and Education working out for us ?
