    Nantes case hearing tomorrow

    According to this website https://www.ouest-france.fr/sport/fo...anquedecontenu
"A first procedural hearing is scheduled for Thursday afternoon before the Nantes Commercial Court in the Sala case, after the civil proceedings initiated in mid-May before the civil justice system by the lawyers of the Welsh club Cardiff City. against FC Nantes according to the daily L'Équipe . At its conclusion, a procedural schedule must be established knowing that the two clubs will be represented by their respective counsel."
Can't see the whole article without subscribing, and you can't read any of L'Equipe's article without a subscription. Sounds like just a preliminary hearing, but I guess it could be thrown out there and then if it's hopeless.

'The two clubs will be represented by their respective counsel'

That's why Tom Ramasut has been kept on.

CCFC seems to be asking for ~110M Euros for now in a civil case. That's ~100M loss of earnings and ~10M for repayment and interest for first payment. If CCFC ends up paying more instalments, the club says it could ask for that money back as well. CCFC is also asking ~2M for loss of reputation as the club seems to be bad payers. Nantes (well, their lawyers) are "serene" about how they think the court will decide.
There's also the ongoing criminal case that's being treated by the "juridiction interrégionale spécialisée" (JIRS) of Rennes.

Not going to go against their own are they, done deal, they'll say get lost and pay more for trying, even if their director was flying the plane. and the Manager strapped his seatbelt in.

Back in court probably between March and June 2024:
"FC Nantes will have to file its documents on November 23, the Welsh club on January 25, 2024 then, on March 21, 2024, if all the documents are deemed "in condition", a date for a hearing will be set, probably before the month of June 2024, we learned during the “statement” hearing on Thursday afternoon."

Why do you think you need to be a legal expert to attend court?

Perhaps you think we shouldn't discuss legal matters related to our club on a Cardiff City forum, unless we're qualified lawyers?

No I don’t think you have to be a legal expert to attend court- mine was a throw-away remark meant to be funny!
