Thread: Vontae Campbell

    Vontae Campbell

Played tonight for the U-21s against Ponty and was comfortably the worst player on the pitch.
The amount of poor passes and crosses he made was beyond a joke. He’s also slow and strolls around the pitch looking like he’s not bothered.. He was even responsible for the only goal of the match, giving possession away in their half, which directly led to the goal.
    The man’s a liability.

Fecking shit is all that was needed and we'd all feel the same.

He was given a three-year deal when he signed, truly staggering.

When we already had Ng and Romeo. A very strange decision. I wonder who is agent is and if his signing was linked with obtaining another? Don't underestimate the role of the agents in some of these signings.

Must have something to have been selected for England at youth levels up to 19s.

    Just not professional enough maybe.

A baffling signing, he blocks the progress of younger players in his position and I imagine he's on more than the homegrown youth players. It's not like he's a youngster either, he's 22

Not that strange he brought in a right back as he was playing NG at centre back. Sadly though Campbell is useless.

That's the problem with players that don't play for a long period of time they seem to lose interest, they get paid a fortune so after a while not playing doesn't seem to bother a lot of them.

Someone saw something. Arsenal and Leicester had him on thier books capped at every level for England from Under 16 through too under 19 and he is only 22?
