What makes the elimination of the Welsh Fire worse is that the Northern Superchargers played like they had no chance in the Final - they seemed intimidated by the occasion. It was a shame that a competition that I enjoyed a lot more than I expected to ended with two non event Finals - Neesham and Curran batted brilliantly, but once Buttler was out there was an air of inevitability about the men’s Final.
