    Alan Peacock is right - Leeds were nicknamed the Peacocks originally and I believe it’s still used occasionally still.

    Thought you were the one on here most likely to get the 70s one right - not sure if that’s a good thing mind

    I think they have a peacock feather motif on their kit this year.

    I thought it was because they used to play in blue and yellow which would have been a very colourful kit at the time, but, apparently, it’s because there’s a pub called the Old Peacock quite close to the Elland Road ground.
