I don't think that has anything to do with it.
I have got ad blockers running - only see the 'new' full screen ads that have appeared in the last week when I try to open a thread.
But not always. Sometimes it is fine (no ads).
The site sometimes runs like it's turbocharged. It sometimes runs 'sticky' with irritating delays in opening or closing posts. It sometimes downs tools altogether.
It all changed a week or so ago. Not for the better.
Phew! This is hard work. At least the constant privacy options have disappeared. I tend to make multiple cups of coffee throughout a session, waiting for pages to load.
Was working fine this morning, gone sticky as hell again now.
On both PC and mobile.
Crap hosting, bloated database, page load issues just a couple of things to look at

Apart from it being not available first thing this morning, I can honestly say I have not had a problem with page loading times.....
Mike....if it makes life easier I can host this for free.....migration would take some thought though. I host my sites with Hostinger.com.
