You're being presumptuous. Why the feck would I support a country that I've spent half a day in?
I have many good English friends, they are wonderful people and that's just one of the reasons I always want England to do well (except against Wales, of course!).

    Having Swedish heritage

    1.) Wales
    2.) Sweden
    3.) England

If a Sweden V England final is possible, would be a conflict for me but would be delighted for either team.
Anyone bar the USA. enjoyed seeing them go out.

Great grandfather from a village, approx. 10 miles from Stockholm. My nan did tell me the name of the village just before she died in the infirmary, but I did not have anything to write it down and it's forgotten. Mozzer has been working on the family tree but hasn't gotten the Swedish connection yet.

It’s England or Australia v Spain in the Final after three goals in the last ten minutes of what had been a poor game until then - from what I saw, the better side won.

Sadly, it has got a home World Cup win written all over it.
That said, the Aussies are a very good side from what I have seen.

My great grandfather 'jumped ship' in Swansea, and came to Barry to live. He was from Vastervik in Sweden, a beautiful place in Kalmar County. Took my Dad out there a few years ago and found his old house, which is a barn now by a fantastic lake. I'm proud of the bit of Swedish in me.

The Bunnymen did an anniversary gig at the Royal Albert Hall a few years back, where they played the whole of Ocean Rain.

I think that it was supposed to be The 1975 supporting them, but whoever it was, they had to cancel at short notice. The great thing was, after playing through Ocean Rain, The Bunnymen had a short break and then came back out and did a greatest hits set… bonus!

Why sadly? I have nothing against the Spanish, but as a neutral I don't care if they or Australia win it!

    Re: Women’s World Cup

Australia have to come out to play in the second half, disappointed by their attitude up to now and they can’t complain about being a goal down.

Best player in the world, people like to find a reason to blame the defending whenever a goal is scored, but I don’t see what else England could have done there.
