Thread: Hey Jude

    Hey Jude

Good to hear 'Hey Jude' again, over the tannoy just before the kick-off on Saturday. It went on just a bit too long, but it was good to hear it anyway. I had wondered why they stopped it, as it was always a bit of a crowd pleaser.
Also - no bloody drummer - and thank God for that....

And the tannoy was so bloody loud. Uncomfortably loud.

Didn't make the matchday experience any better for me.

I loved it, an adopted football song from years gone by. Far better than the stuff we've been playing for the last 10 years or more.

We need old skool fans singing sadly not the case in these passive times . If you show too much emotion your prised from your seat or judged .

Just ask poor old Dai Hunt . ?

Every bloody club are playing Hey Jude these days, even Man City. Never want to hear it at the CCS again. Lets be a bit more original. Bring back ring of fire or Bob Marley.

The lyrics of Hey Jude are easy enough to remember for many fans. Can't have anything too complicated.
