    When was the last time a Premier League club received a points deduction for financial reasons ?

    Never. Hundreds of millions in debt - some close to a billion, but they always seem to be operating within the rules. Yeah, right..

    FFP rules are for the EFL, I believe.

    They apply to PL too. £105m losses over 3 year period. The PL made 'allowances' due to COVID but clubs broke those rules. Last season's figures aren't out yet but the 3 yrs before Everton lost half a billion pounds.
