Trying to download my Ipswich ticket that I bought yesterday

I have always been sent a paper ticket for away games, even though I have been given the impression that I could download it.
You could ring the ticket office or go there today.

Definately a paper ticket. If you can't pick it up, ask for it to be given to a travelling steward and collect at the away end before the match.

All tickets are paper. If you order too close to match day they send the tickets to the ground with the SLO / staff who go to the game. There will be a collection point near the away end.

Contact Corky - he is the SLO. Generally I’d say they won’t post after Tuesday or Wednesday.
