Him and Siopis are top end championship players, Collins had a bit of everything, loves a tackle, likes to get forward, decent in the air.

He played brilliantly I was worried after the injury and a slow start, but he's back!

Strong contender for man of the match for me, let a high ball get over his head late on, but, that apart, did not put a foot wrong.

Whenever the Swansea 'keeper kicked long, it seemed almost inevitable that McGuinness would win the header, he had a great game.

We've had players who have run around a lot... Harry Arter and a diminutive midfielder going back a few seasons (name escapes me ), however, they were just headless chickens! Siopis was both destructive and constructive, there was a real purpose in what he was doing.

Agreed. I really liked him. Knew what he was good at and kept to that.

Siopis...terrific signing...a real dog in midfield which is what we have been lacking...gives others the licence to create...McGuinness...hope we can hold onto him...pair him with Panzo...and with Collins....we really have the making of a top six side....the one weakness (as always) ....a reliable striker...

Siopis reminds me of a better Gary Medel.

lol...did you miss all his short passes and immediately turning the ball over to swansea after "winning" it? flatters to deceive so far.

Collins seems to be finding his feet after missing a season with his injury and what a difference Siopis makes in the midfield…!

He's allowing Ramsey to have a free role and cause mayhem

Funny how people see different things, he was quality last night, a perfect foil for Ramsey. Ramsey wouldn’t be playing this well in last seasons midfield. Siopis don’t stop pressing for 90 mins, gets stuck in, is tidy on the ball, and he sprayed some lovely long passes last night. Flatters to deceive my ass.

I don't know the name of the Jacks tall No. 6 but you could almost hear him thinking "f*** off mun!" Every time Siopis was pestering him.

    Brilliant stuff.
