I was having a chat with a city fan over a cuppa today and he mentioned this very matter and how there were a lot of north Wales city fans at Stoke on Saturday

When I lived up there it was great .....Stockport, Bury , Oldham , Rochdale , Crewe , Wigan

And a fair few north , south and east of there

Some very plush places out that way

I think the M62 clinches it, leaving Liverpool & Everton behind, there’s signs for Preston, Burnley, Blackburn, Bolton. Accrington, Rochdale, Manchester, Huddersfield, Wigan, Oldham etc etc. Away games are a doddle for fans of some clubs.

Yes Hefin and Carl and a few others. I gave them a lift a couple of times. Chesterfield etc. Was a race to get back after to Oxford rd station for the N Wales express !

I never saw the actual Smiths so can't compare to the real things but yeah I enjoyed them. Worth seeing if you like the Smiths definitely
