I haven't been in Cardiff for many a year, however, I would imagine it would still be the Wetherspoons pub, The Prince of Wales.

POW is closed for refurbishment. The Great Western is the nearest anyway.

Assuming you mean Central Station, it's the Great Western..and I can confirm it can be less than 180 seconds between finishing a pint there and being stood on the platform 👍
