Thread: Is it too early for a beer?

  1. #1

Is it too early for a beer?

Just cut the grass and done some tidying up.

    A brew won't cut it.

Still smarting after driving down to see that debacle on Sat.

Might give it half an hour then crank open a Proper Job

Just poured a bottle of Fullers having cleared up the bloody leaves.

    Feel I have earned it.

It's never too early for a beer. Sprits, yes. But never beer.

6pm on a normal working day. Lunchtime in the pub when going to a home match on a weekend. Earlier if going away on the train.

I see it as a relaxing reward after completing the daily work / tasks.

Have in the past been for a lunchtime pint but it knocks me out unless I'm going to the game or to be on it all day.

I know what you mean, but of all the inconsequential dilemmas we have, this one probably well represented outside the first world as well

Must admit I’m a few beers in but have the excuse of being in Saigon and stumbled across a tap room with some very good local brews.
