    The War on the Motorist in Wales Rages On

    Looks like our leader is keeping in line with agenda 21 before he leaves office in 2 years time

    oh well makes working from home more appealing i guess !

    A nice little earner there then. First of all reject the idea of an M4 bypass around Newport thus ensuring the continuation of long queues around the Brynglas tunnels with the inevitable pollution from the exhausts of stationary/stop-start traffic; then fine the drivers who are caught up in the traffic jams. A win-win situation!

    If that's the M4 relief road that goes straight through the newport and cardiff drainage ecosystem I totally agree with him
