Great chance. Colwill should be working the keeper there!

That’d suit us fine, him wasting time with us in the lead.

Desperately need a midfielder who can connect attack and defence, all season we've seen the 10 having to drop deep to get the ball off the defence

tuned in and i thought i was watching coventry for a min....

we are lacking in quality in a big way, and the ones who do have a little bit better quality dont seem to have the understanding with one another... lazy aimless balls go to hull and they pass it around, how hard can it be to pass a ball to another player

I like the kit, brilliant that white shorts & socks have been found behind the wardrobe, let’s keep them with the royal blue jerseys

We’re knocking ‘em down like skittles, how many free kicks is that?

    Another goal for Eli King.

Re: HULL CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

And there's the goal, funny what happens when you keep the ball on the floor rather than insist on massive diagonals all the time

Collins skinned...could Alnwick have got a hand?

Re: HULL CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

Looked offside, but not decent angle to see it

Re: HULL CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

    That looked offside

Very dodgy, pity the camera angle didn’t give us a better view. Regardless though, camera angle or not, it would have still been given. I wonder if Bulut will have a view on it post match

No, there’s no way Alnwick could have got that - would like to have seen a replay that gave us the chance to see if Connolly was offside though.

Commentators say they have seen freeze frame and it was not offside.

WHY cannot we run forward at pace like Hull?

I've not been able to get a working stream - how is Adams doing?

Their midfielders can pass the ball?

Ugbo on the other hand is horrific. He’s so lazy and he never finishes his runs.

They have midfielders who are comfortable on the ball going forward, we don't. Siopis doesn't want to pass the ball more than 10 yards, Adams doesn't want the ball, our wingers aren't exactly technical players either so we can't keep the ball in attack

He'll take Colwill off for Robinson rather than look at the actual problem

We're just trying to bludgeon our way past teams with this front 3 and it doesn't work, it's crap.

How did neither Stroud or that Lino not see their left back handle that just now?

Re: HULL CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

Ugbo and Colwill should not be anywhere near this team! Both offer nothing! When Bulut gets his signings which he will… you won’t see either again..

Re: HULL CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

not offside but thought alnwick could have nudged, should have those tight angles covered surely

we are lacking huge in midfield and aimless up front, wont be long hopefully before we see some subs who will run at the pen box

Re: HULL CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

34% possession, 2 shots, neither of them on target, 0 corners.

    Shite

Because we don't have the right players yet. I think Bulut can turn us into a good side if he gets what he wants. He's obviously got the right idea. He wants us to control the ball more. He wants everyone on the pitch to work hard and take responsibility off the ball. I think even the acquisition of KM could make a big difference. Two or three others could really shake things up.

Re: HULL CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

Well, that was a first half of nothing - best thing about it is that it’s only 1-0.

Re: HULL CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

Both full backs having a torrid time.
Ugbo....Colwill....Grant...offering nothing up front. Meite drifted out from the game after one or two moments.
Siopis nowhere to be seen....Goutas not his usual self.....
Adams given too many free kicks and cannot pass.

All is as usual..........I don't really see any changes that would alter it.
