More action in this match than the whole of our season so far IMHO. Heart-warming to watch players who want to win so badly, that play with flair and understanding of each other (and through the middle with none of this playing it out from the back nonsense). Happy days.

Very true, though a year later against Reading at home was more like the last few seasons.

I always look at that inept display as a blessing, the jacks would have destroyed us at Wembley which would have been a nightmare. It was bad enough v Blackpool…..

Not on red button, but you can buy a match pass (£10) to watch the game from the city website.

Cardiff City XI: Alnwick; Ng, McGuinness, Goutas, Collins; Siopis, Ralls, Wintle; Bowler, Etete, Grant.

Subs: Turner, Romeo, Adams, Meite, Panzo, Colwill, Tanner, Rinomhota, Robinson.

Yeah, Matthew Turner. Looks decent. Surprised Luthra isn't in if Runarsson isn't though.

Is that the last we've seen of Runarsson?

Defensive midfield, but maybe understandable for this game.

That kit is terrible for a colour clash.

Great save from Alnwick , extremely defendive from us so far

Re: CARDIFF CITY v LEICESTER CITY. Match thread

Inevitable, messing about with it , passing slowly and without control at the back. This isn’t even a contest at the moment

Took the wife and son to the pantomime yesterday.

The ‘Dame’ asked the audience what the collective noun was for a bunch of donkies. Her answer was Cardiff City. Several quite loud shouts of Jack Bast*d which brought a smile to her face.

Bit more pressing...but two corners from Ralls....fails to beat the first man....poor. Apart from first 15 mins Leicester not had many chances.

    Quiet on here this evening....
