I suppose that's why teams retain an interest in Bowler. I thought he'd been pretty useless up to that point and almost gave it away with his first touch leading to the goal. But there we are. Nice work if you can get it.

Need to not make our customary crap start to the 2nd half, try to sit on the lead for 45 minutes or make crap substitutions.
    Easy!

Yeah I’d really like to see Diedhiou on here at half time, Etete just is a black hole as a lone striker. Not strong enough to hold the ball up, and his touch and passing has been awful as well. Doesn’t seem to make the runs that Colwill and Bowler are looking for either.

Other than that, he’s been fine.

i just dont hope bulut makes a howler now with his subs...

i mentioned long before bowler hit that wonder goal that he was fresh and running like a dog, makes great touches, super football brain on him...

as much as i want to see the fresh legs bulut worries me to death with his subs and timing

he did well for the shot that Colwill had over the bar but didn't do much apart from that.

I don’t see the point in a target man when we’re playing with inverted wingers.

Or are we doing that because we don’t think our 9 is good enough to get on the end of them?

If Diedhiou comes on I’d like to see some classic wing play please

No way we're keeping a clean sheet, the space between midfield and defence is massive, they have so much time to play passes in behind or between the channels.

Watford are dreadful at the back, all over the shop. Play high against these and we will win easy.

Etete must be a centre half's dream to play against.
Powder puff doesn't begin to describe it

Watford looking more dangerous now....we are doing it again...trying to protect the lead instead of going forward....McGuiness and NG having good games....Grant is SO deep....

Not saying much mind as he hasn't had many good games but he looks a lot fitter.

I think it’s unfair on city. They have a good few players that have just switched on.

On the back foot and under pressure immediately after defensive minded subs. Seen this one before.
