Are Aberdeen stuffy? There’ll be a few 30+ year olds looking to top their pension up.

Paul McKay is at Queen of the South so comparatively close. He could nip up to Aberdeen in no time at all.

Leandro Bacuna is at Groningen in the 2nd tier of Dutch football but I imagine he is available for a 4 and a half year contract if offered.

He was just on Talksport and completed Warnock Bingo in record time.

'My type of club' was first ball within first 10 seconds.

On the subject of Jock football, I see Heart of Midlothian have built a 12 room hotel inside the stadium which is gonna be run exclusively by the club, with all profits going straight back into the club.
Seemingly this is the first time this has been done in UK football.
Seems like a great idea to me 👏👏

Really? How much profit can a 12 room hotel make?

Sounds like the type of place that would feature on Four in a Bed.

Haven’t Chelsea got two hotels integrated into Stamford Bridge?

There is a 158 room hotel built into the corner of Sheffield United's Bramall Lane ground - owned by the club but operated by hotel chains (was Copthorne - then they tried to do a deal with Hilton). It was empty and screened for a couple of years after the last change of club ownership and all the furniture moved out. They hoped to get it open again this season - but I don't think it is up and running again yet. I thought quite a lot of bigger clubs with new grounds had hotels integrated into the development?

Blackpool have a Hotel attached to their ground and I'm sure there's a couple of clubs with student accommodation attached.

Loads of cricket clubs do. Orient has an apartment block in the 4 corners of the ground with balconies that look over the pitch.

Whatever you think of him.....when he says "successful management remains "90-95% man management" you cannot disagree....

It's a big club and I relate to the type of fans the club have, as I did at QPR and Crystal Palace. When I say they are hostile, I don't mean that in a nasty way - it's lovely to have fans really behind the team. A one-club city."

When we played Reading in the play offs I stayed in the hotel in the stadium there. Ended up having a drink with Sir John Madjeski there at about 2.30 in the morning . I offered to get a round in down the Napier for him for the 2nd leg but he didn't show up.😄

Aberdeen play Rangers tomorrow night , if Rangers win well they could go top of the league.
