Silly little “Quiz” question

Aside from presumably Swansea and maybe Newport or Bristol City, can anyone name the football league team, whose fans, at every match, sing a chant that has reference to us in it.

Well in fact, they even say the name “Cardiff”.

I don't think 'football league team' covers those in the Northern Premier League First Division West - unfortunately.
