5 sides have kept more clean sheets in the Championship than us, which I found a bit surprising. However, that's tempered by the fact that only 7 sides have failed to score in more games than us.

We were 8th for clean sheets in the table I just read but only kept 2 more than Preston in 17th.

Irrelevant. You like to make out the embargo put us at a serious advantage when in reality it didnt. Add thte fact we pay higher wages than 75% of the championship and this notion that Bulut is operating with one hand behind is back os not the case when compared to the large majority of the clubs in the championship.

Can you not read the table?. We are 8th on the table because whilst we have the same amount as Sunderland and Watford we scored less goals so further down the clean sheets table. Wakey wakey.

Our wagebill, which is a far bigger outlay than what clubs spend on transfer fees (Except the sides that come down from the Prem) is practically double some clubs above us in the table but wE cOuLDnt pAY a FEe.

Such a disadvantage that summer embargo. We would have been top of the league playing football like Liverpool if of we didnt have the embargo last summer.

If we rwlaly have paid 2m for Turnbull then thank f*ck for the embargo I say

Back peddling, you said 75% of clubs can't pay a fee, all the rest could to my knowledge, but some may have chosen not to, but I doubt it's 75%.

It's like we can shop in Joe's corner shop they can shop in Wallmart, if you can't understand that you must be far thicker than I thought.

And it put us at a serious disadvantage not advantage

They didnt choose not to, most didnt have a choice so wether under embargo or purely financial reasons. Read the article. Clubs wagebills alone are well beyond their turnover thats before operating costs and forking out on transfer fees.

    rwlaly der

What is this supposed to mean?

Do you realise that players cost more in January than in the full summer window?

Obviously, anyone with half a brain realises it's a disadvantage, let's see if someone comes on to help you and argue it's an advantage

If not 99.9% of the board thinks it is a disadvantage to have a transfer embaro in the summer window

If we were down near the bottom of the wagebill you might have some strength in your argument. Paying the sort of wages we do we should have had the pick of the out of contrat players or best loan deals. 16/17 clubs were operating in the same pool as us, wether by choice or not, but we pay the most wages, so hardly the disadvantage you like to make out.

Almost as weak as your we went shit from November because O Dowda got injured in August argument.

No, they chose not to, clubs decide how to buy players, we didn't have that choice because we were under an embargo, that's the point, it puts a club at a disadvantage, it's a punishment?

Or do you really think they thought Cardiff didn't pay Nantes so let's help them out and put them under an EFL transfer embargo

Wasnt even a proper embargo could still sign out of contract players and take players on loan. So operating in the same market as 75% of the division.

Wow back peddling realise your lost and trying to deflect on an old point which was correct too, we were better in the first 13 games.

It's whether, those clubs could sign players but chose not to, they had a choice, did 17 clubs not pay a fee?

    Which ones were they?
