    Exactly, he raised his arm to block the ball.

    ManU had a LUCKY penalty against Bournemouth just now. The ref who cocked up last weekend has cocked up again this weekend.

    This was also a soft one.

    The one Bournemouth were denied by VAR in the last minute was a poor decision too.

    Yet another case of the "bigger" teams getting the decisions.

    Be livid with the rules. It’s a penalty to the letter of the law.

    She probably sees his arm raised as he starts to slide but it looks like when contact is made his arms is down in line with his body. If it even hits the arm at all, can't really see from that clip.

    It's very harsh from that distance.

    Other than run around with arms behind his back he can't do much else.

    I don't think it should be a penalty, but it is under the way the law is interpreted these days. For me, it's more of a penalty than the one given against Bournemouth as VAR turned in a man of the match performance for Manchester United last night.
