No just that post which Eric replied to and you picked up on?

The rest is about Real doing a job on City, and that there must be better ways than deciding on penalties?

Cardiff was at the end of the joke about eric getting upset? No comparison to Cardiff?

But as usual you just jump on any thread like a dumbo dope.

You knew exactly what you were doing posting this thread. Don't try and make out otherwise.

We all want to be entertained, but just because we want excitement and goals,
it doesn't mean that's what the professionals want. We should applaud RM's defending, holding, The coaching staff at RM will be doing cart wheels today. They got it right, all that they worked on came to fruition.
Football is a game that extends far beyond the 90 minutes & final scoreline. It's rich with nuances that captivate fans in ways that go beyond just goals and victories. I find myself engrossed in moments as short as a single minute, where a well-executed press is broken through with intricate passing or a perfectly timed long ball is controlled flawlessly on the stride. The brilliance of a tackle, impeccable marking, or relentless closing down can be just as thrilling.

Then there are those unexpected moments—the amazing saves that defy gravity, players stumbling over their own feet, an air shot that leaves everyone pissing themselves, or even the comical mishaps like a ball to the 'bollocks' or a referee taking a tumble. All of these moments can occur in a match that ends 0-0.

While goals undoubtedly bring excitement, it's important to remember that football is inherently a low-scoring sport. Yet, it's precisely this scarcity of goals that amplifies the significance of each one, making them all the more exhilarating when they do happen. Football truly is a game where every moment counts, regardless of the final score.
