    Man City, above the law?

So how come everyone else gets points docked but these feckers have so many investigations of breaking fair play rules yet diddly squat happens?

    Perhaps the evidence is flimsy.

Because the prem doesn’t want the lawsuit backed by Middle East money. Were no doubt hoping they’d miss the title this season so they could give them a points deduction to keep them in the champions league, no harm no foul.

Because they’ve got 115 charges across nearly a decade stacked against them which they’re pleading not guilty to.

Everton and Forest were single charges and pretty cut and dry stuff which boiled down to “Did your spending X exceed the limit Y?”

Because they are more than likely not guilty to nearly all of them especially where courts are concerned

This is what the Premier League cartel is all about. Most clubs owned by absent foreign owners who disregard financial regulations and pay their sleaze lawyers to avoid any serious penalty.

You do realise what Man City’s owners have done for a run down, derelict area of Manchester do you? They’ve rejuvenated the place, creating many new jobs & opportunities. They’ve done so much more than many other foreign owners.

Really ? Council built & paid for stadium for £112 million, and club paid £20 million for it. They're crooks.

But shirley, as it was only built for the Commonwealth Games if they had not paid £20 million for it then it would still be lying empty costing Manchester council a fortune in upkeep just to maintain basic safety levels?
So 20 mill + savings is worth it, plus the jobs and the rejuvenation of a run down area........

And West Ham, after Coe stated "categorically" that the Olympic Stadium was for athletics and would never be used for football!
