They can't be aware as to how often he fritters away possession.

    He’s had his chips

He's not a bad player Bowler. Very isolated on many occasions when he receives possession. The absolute irony is that plenty of people on here who moan about Bulut's tactics and style of play, also think that Bowler isn't much cop. If they can't add some balance and say that the two could be somewhat connected, then I give up.

I don’t think he’s as bad as some make out, he lacks that pace needed. Its hard for our wingers as they generally pick the ball up so deep and have to much work to do. He’s got goals and assists though, he’s a decent enough player.

Well,I don't rate Bowler as I think he's a one trick pony that's easy to work out and I've been a Bulut fan since day one.

Bowler is no better or worse than many of the squad. He seems to be the go to person to slag off.

A weird sort of throwback player, maybe the Bundesliga is a better place for his skill set.

Jordon Sancho suffered in his brief English 1st team football due to his lack of pace but is a great dribbler, obviously Bowler is lower level but similar.

    This^^^

A winger with no pace to me is a left back.
Problem is, he is not a left back because he couldn't tackle a good dinner.

Give him the ball wherever on the pitch and he slows it down, looking to commit his man.
Any defender worth his salt will suss him out and many this season have done exactly this.

Must be good though coz he is left footed and wears a headband

    Edit:
I should add that he does do the odd thing that many in our squad have not got the nous to do so I can see why EB picks him.

    You’re on a wind up
    Bowler is a complete bottler

He has some ability, that's what i am saying, not loads, but some. He is doubled up on and left isolated on plenty of occasions. He's not crap, average maybe, not crap though. I suppose this means that i think he's brilliant though.

Yeah, he's not really a winger, a wide midfielder, there is a difference, starting position. Wide players don't have to have pace, it helps, but good feet can be enough, or the ability to create a little bit of space in order to deliver the cross.

    This is true.
Unfortunately for us, many of our players fall into this category.
Could be a lot worse though.

A good haircut would improve his game concentration. It must run into hours over a season adjusting his hairnet.

How does he compare to the rest of our players for goals and assist?
