    Either way he apparently (I don't know 100% because I haven't sat and had it confirmed from him) has strong links with Turkish and Greek football leagues

    The last direct link he had with the German leagues was 2004/05, when he played 10 games for 1860 Munich.

    City have bought a couple of players from Bundesliga 2 in recent years (Glatzel and Collins), but I don’t think that indicated either Warnock or Morison had connections in Germany.
