    Photo with cup today!

You can get a photo with the European championship trophy today in Cardiff. Just don't take your kids, because carlsberg sponsor tournament you've got to be over 18. Really poor idea to exclude kids perhaps they shouldn't be the sponsor. Money talks I guess

A spokesman from Carlsberg said: “As organisers of the trophy tour and as a responsible brewer, we follow strict industry guidelines that prevent under 18s being exposed to our promotional materials.

“This was made clear through signage around the location and promotional staff verbally briefing members of the public prior to them queuing to see the trophy.

“We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.”

Carlsberg Export is OK. The standard pint is distinctly average.

Surely bullshit of the highest order?

Kids are allowed to watch the football when Carlsberg is plastered around the advertising hoardings, are allowed in the concourses of many stadiums where Carlsberg's 'promotional material' is plastered in massive writing above the bars, etc etc.

Kids are also allowed to explore the Heineken museum tour in Amsterdam (I imagine other manufacturers' tours allow kids too), where you're surrounded by promotional material.

I can't imagine there are industry guidelines that would prevent a trophy tour.
