    Online banking fraud help needed!

Girlfriend bought skin products for £5 off a website..

She's just looked at her online banking and found that today they've taken two £58 payments out of her account..

    What can she do?

    She's with HSBC.

Contact the bank immediately and they'll let you know what she should do.

It was probably HSBC that charged the difference.

according to that article state you didn't receive the cream in the first place and then cancel with the bank and company - seems a plausible option and one banks are willing to accept..
