    I remember crying when I heard that result on the results roundup just before the ten o clock news on was it Radio 2?

    Cardiff 3 and I assumed we had won then Mids 4
    FFS.

    Cost us promotion in the end. That and losing at home 0-1 to Norwich

    I'm not sure where the footage came from but I'm sure this was on MOTD, not sure why though

    On MOTD back then the 2nd game was often a home welsh club fixture with Idwal Robling doing the commentary. Back in those days we had to endure occasionally watching swansea or Newport playing in the old 4th division.
