In fairness we are pretty good at set pieces which is why we are so close to the play offs. Anyone any idea how many open play goals we have scored?

I've not checked this at all, but in League matches, I make it one goal scored from open play against Fulham, QPR, Blackburn, Charlton and Brighton and two against Forest and Huddersfield, so that's nine out of nineteen so far with nine from set pieces and a penalty.
That's not as bad as I thought but most of those were early season?Originally Posted by the other bob wilson wrote on Sun, 29 November 2015 11:00
More to the point how many goals has that numpty Marshal scored?
Tan needs to have another word..
Does it matter where the goals are coming from?
I am happy to see us so dangerous at set pieces, long may it continue.
Fulham - cross from the right leads to head tennis leads to goal
QPR - wonderful volley
Blackburn - ball stabbed through to Mason
Charlton - via Fabio cross
Brighton - via on the ground cross
Forest - Whitts ball in the air to Kenwyne, Pilkington shot becomes a cross for Mason
Huddersfield - via Ameobi lateral pass, ball played through and Ameobi and Mason play rock-paper-scissors to decide who is going to pass it into the net
Why does it matter? A goal's a goal.
