As much as I love my comedy, and would love to have a go myself, I'm afraid I just don't have the cahoonas and so I have great respect for anyone able to do it.

Yes mate, still write a fair bit, it is an itch I will need to scratch at some stage I'm sure.

When it goes well it's a real buzz, but it is quite brutal when it goes wrong.

Did a spot before Chris Corcoran tried out some new material a few years ago, problem was the guy before me did a set on a very similar theme, purely by coincidence. I tried to improvise and change subject without any real prep it was nothing more than an idea really - it wasn't my finest hour, lesson learned!
