Slade's managerial record.
Check out his win ratios with most of his clubs...

It seems the longer he is with a club the better his win ratio% gets. An extra 1-2 % would put Cardiff in the Playoffs.
to be fair to him, His time at Orient with a 42.56 win ratio is fairly good
It's not really proof of that.
Is this really the best attempt at straw clutching you can do?
I am by no means pro Slade but to use his record at Yeovil, Grimsby and Scarborough as "proof" that he's hit his peak with City? A small child could do better than this.
Aren't they decent win percentages?
I think Slade probably has hit his ceiling but I don't think this is proof of it
brighton had the right idea
Posting his record to show how out of his depth he is is a good idea you're just barking up the wrong tree regarding win percentages. There is nothing in his record to suggest he is manager that can get teams promoted to the Premier League, NOTHING. A very bizarre appointment. He was going one with Orient before he joined us and that was backwards. I bet he couldn't believe his luck when Tan gave him a ring.
